Why, hello! My name is Jesse, and I’m an 8th-grade student part of the MacArthur Journalism team. I joined Journalism because I wanted to know what it was like to be reporting on different topics and to get better at photography.

Some stories which I hope to write include reports on new, over-the-top trends which may happen throughout the year, as well as reports on events that take place such as dances, sporting events, and much more. Hobbies and interests which I enjoy doing include art, graphic design, filming, and video editing. I also like listening to music in my free time, usually while doing other tasks. This school year I hope to learn some of the skills to become a better and more fast-paced reporter, while also making new friends in this elective! :)
